He is a practicing advocate. He completed his pre-university from Seshadripuram College, Bangalore. He pursued his commerce degree from Vijaya College, Bangalore and graduated in the year 2003. In the meanwhile, he pursued his Chartered Accountancy course under Sri.B.P.Rao, Chartered Accountant and Past President of the ICAI. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2006. He pursued consultancy and litigation in direct taxes under the tutelage of Sri. R.Babu & Sri B S Ravindranath, Chartered Accountants before joining the office of Sri. K.S. Ravi Shankar, Advocate, High Court of Karnataka.
He qualified as an advocate while working under his senior and was called to the Bar in the year 2009. He worked in the Law Chambers of Sri Ravi Shankar till 2012. Mr Saiprasad has also pursued and completed his post qualification courses in Diploma in Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI and Computer Information Systems Audit (CISA) from ISACA, USA.
He has contributed articles to KSCAA (Karnataka State Chartered Accountant’s Association) and presented papers in state level conference organized by the ICAI, conference organized by KSCAA along with Income Tax Practitioners Association, study circles conducted by the Bangalore Branch of ICAI and KSCAA. He is a faculty at the MDP in Bangalore Branch of ICAI. He has also handled sessions on IDT certification programmes conducted by the ICAI at various places across India. He teaches indirect taxes to CA Final Students at the Bangalore Branch of ICAI and for students of ICWAI.
